Lifecycle support is currently handled by email. Send requests to brenden@joinlifecycle.app. Include the email address on your account, your device type, and a short description of the issue so we can help faster.

Lifecycle does not currently offer live chat or phone support. Email is the public support channel for launch.
Lifecycle is not crisis support. If you may be in danger or need urgent medical or mental health help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Sign-in and account access

If you cannot sign in, tell us whether you use email/password or Google sign-in and what happens on-screen. Password reset help is also handled through support.

Billing and restore purchases

Subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. We can help troubleshoot access, but store billing, cancellations, refunds, and renewals are controlled by the relevant store account.

For privacy, deletion, or account-data questions, email support and review the public policy pages below before contacting us.

AI and voice features

If an AI insight, chat session, or voice-to-text action fails, include the feature name, approximate time, and any visible error message in your email.

Quick answers

How do I cancel a subscription?

Cancel from the same Apple App Store or Google Play account used to start the subscription. Lifecycle cannot directly cancel store-managed subscriptions for you.

How do I restore premium access?

Use the restore option inside the app if it is available for your billing platform. If access still does not return, email support with your platform and purchase details.
