Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Lifecycle. By creating an account, accessing the app, or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
Lifecycle is offered as an 18+ only service for v1. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and are legally permitted to use it where you live.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials.
- You may not share accounts, bypass feature restrictions, or interfere with service operation.
Subscriptions and feature access
This matrix summarizes the current free and premium model reflected in the app.

Billing, trials, renewals, and restores
Paid access is sold through Apple App Store or Google Play, and those stores manage billing, renewals, cancellations, and most refund workflows. Lifecycle uses RevenueCat to help manage entitlement state across devices and app sessions.
If a trial is offered, its duration and eligibility are controlled by the relevant store configuration. Renewals continue until cancelled under the store rules that apply to your subscription.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Lifecycle for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Do not submit content that infringes rights or violates another person's privacy.
AI feature limitations
Lifecycle includes AI-assisted features such as insights, chat, and voice-to-text support. These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your situation. They are provided for informational and reflection purposes only.
Lifecycle is not medical care, not therapy, and not crisis support. Do not rely on the service for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response.
Your content
You retain rights you have in the content you submit, but you grant Lifecycle the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and improve operation of the service for you. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of what you submit.
Intellectual property
Lifecycle, the website, and associated branding, code, and design elements are owned by or licensed to the service operator. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no additional rights are transferred to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, or if continued operation is no longer practical. You may stop using Lifecycle at any time.
Disclaimers and liability limits
Lifecycle is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability, or error-free outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifecycle and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
